A dental assistant and RRC Polytechnic instructor in our community is receiving palliative care. A GoFundMe has been created to support her family. Thank you for helping us share this important message.

We are raising funds for our beloved Chantal, Marty and their kids, as Chantal enters the final phase of her journey with stage 4 cancer. First diagnosed in 2023, Chantal has put up a courageous fight.

This is a chapter no family is ever prepared for, and yet one we are now walking through together with love, courage, and the hope of easing the burdens that come with it.

As her care needs increase, her husband, Marty, is by her side. Being self-employed, this has meant financial hardship at a time when expenses related to her care, comfort, and daily needs are growing. These funds will help cover medical and care-related expenses, and allow her husband to focus fully on what matters most right now, being present with her and their children.

Any remaining funds will be placed into education funds for their children, helping to provide stability and opportunity in the years ahead, something she deeply cares about and would want for them.
