Manitoba Dental Assistants Association Legacy Award

The RDA Legacy Award honours Registered Dental Assistants who have demonstrated long-standing commitment to the dental assisting profession in Manitoba.

This award recognizes RDAs who have chosen to stay — staying in the profession, supporting their patients and teams, and contributing to dental care across Manitoba over the course of their careers.

Rather than focusing on popularity or recognition within a single workplace, this award celebrates:

• Dedication to dental assisting as a career
• Pride in serving Manitobans

Recipients exemplify the heart of the profession through their resilience, professionalism, and ongoing commitment to dental assisting in Manitoba.

This award is not based on the number of nominations received. Selection is guided by years of service and the applicant’s reflection on their career and commitment to the profession.

The winner will be presented with their award at the President's Gala on April 18th, 2026.
